Newtech provides a range of product maintenance and repair services to ensure high product availability, reliability and to maximize the return on investment for customers. These services are:

Service Centres:

  • Newtech has support and service centres at following locations, manned by competent technicians, stocked with critical spares and with a dedicated vehicle for a quick response

Web-portal:

  • To render an effective and immediate service, Newtech has a Web-portal (www…………………) to enable its authorized customers to log in directly into the portal, choose the equipment to be serviced and its location, and register their service request.
  • Newtech’s Technicians will get an automated alert in their smart phones, attend to this service request and close the task once completed.
  • Customers can access the portal at any time, know the pending requests and completed ones and also retrieve service history of any chosen equipment.

Repairs & Maintenance

  • Break & Fix Support Contracts for standard product maintenance for one or more years with defined service level agreements. This would include
    • On-site repair of the system,
    • Swap of the equipment, or
    • Collect and return option

Product Life Cycle Solutions

Newtech offers Comprehensive Maintenance Service package, which increases the useful life and availability of the equipment. Punctual provision of reliable spare parts and consumables, complex rollout services and support with extensive service desk facility, lowers operating cost.
